Cancellation Policy – Vodnex

At Vodnex, we understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel your order. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

Order Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for a full refund, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

• After this window, orders may already be in the process of fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once you receive it.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or marked as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, the order will be refunded minus any applicable shipping and handling fees once it is returned to us.
